We offer free returns within the UK.

If you are outside the UK you will need to arrange for your own postage. We can’t take responsibility for anything lost in the post so please use a tracked service.

If you don't like your purchases for any reason, we offer a full refund with no questions asked if returned in its original condition within 60 days of receipt.

If you receive your product and decide you would prefer a different colour or style, you may return it to us for an exchange within 60 days of delivery.

The original item must be returned in perfect condition.

If the replacement item is cheaper than your original order, we will refund the difference and if the replacement item is more expensive than your original order, we will request payment for the difference.

Customers within the UK will not be charged for extra postage.

Customers outside the UK will be charged for additional postage costs.

We aim to make quality products that last, so if something goes wrong, we want to make it right. We will repair or replace any manufacturing faults free of charge, or issue you with a credit note for the equivalent cost of the product.


If your product that has seen some serious use and abuse and requires mending, we will happily repair the product for you at a reasonable charge.
Please note that normal wear and tear does not constitute a manufacturing fault.
