All deliveries are made by Royal Mail or DHL, and are sent using a signed and tracked service.

EUROPE*:3-5 Days - £5.95 per order - Free Shipping on orders over £100
US* : 3-5 Days - £8.90 per order - Free Shipping on orders over $150
INTERNATIONAL*: 3-5 Day - £8.90 per order
*For European and International orders, please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times are guidelines only. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping time-frame.
Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
RETURNS
We offer free returns within the UK.
If you are outside the UK you will need to arrange for your own postage. We can’t take responsibility for anything lost in the post so please use a tracked service.
If you don't like your purchases for any reason, we offer a full refund with no questions asked if returned in its original condition within 60 days of receipt.

EXCHANGES
If you receive your product and decide you would prefer a different colour or style, you may return it to us for an exchange within 60 days of delivery.
The original item must be returned in perfect condition.
If the replacement item is cheaper than your original order, we will refund the difference and if the replacement item is more expensive than your original order, we will request payment for the difference.
Customers within the UK will not be charged for extra postage.
Customers outside the UK will be charged for additional postage costs.

REPAIRS
FAULTS
We aim to make quality products that last, so if something goes wrong, we want to make it right. We will repair or replace any manufacturing faults free of charge, or issue you with a credit note for the equivalent cost of the product.
WEAR & TEAR / DAMAGE
If your product that has seen some serious use and abuse and requires mending, we will happily repair the product for you at a reasonable charge.
Please note that normal wear and tear does not constitute a manufacturing fault.
