Shipping & Returns

We design our products for performance and comfort in all weather conditions using the best quality materials. They’ve been tested in the Scottish mountains and we’re confident you’ll love them. However, we understand that sometimes you can't know if a product's right until you get out in it yourself. That’s why all Meander products come with a risk free trial for 30 days.

Here’s how it works: Starting from the day of receipt for any of our products you purchase, you have 30 days to test it for yourself. You can take it on a proper adventure and if you don’t love it, then send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

If your item has not been used and for any reason you’re unhappy with your order and would like to return it, we’d be very happy to offer a full refund, exchange or credit note, as long as it’s within 60 days of receiving your purchase.

Inside the UK: Return shipping is free and you can initiate a free exchange or return online by visiting our returns portal here.

Outside of the UK: we do not as of yet offer free returns for our international customers and you will need to arrange your own postage. We can’t take responsibility for anything lost in the post so we recommend using a tracked service. You can initiate your return online by visiting our returns portal here.

Your refund/exchange will be processed within 2 working days after arriving back at our warehouse.

If you receive your product and decide you would prefer a different colour or style, you may return it to us for an exchange within 60 days of delivery.

The original item must be returned in perfect condition. If the replacement item is cheaper than your original order, we will refund the difference and if the replacement item is more expensive than your original order, we will request payment for the difference.

Customers within the UK will not be charged for extra postage. Customers outside the UK will be charged for additional postage costs.

Your refund/exchange will be processed within 2 working days after arriving back at our warehouse and when this is done, you will receive an email notification from us. It can take 7-10 business days to appear back in your account, depending on how fast your bank processes it.

We offer free shipping on orders over £100 within the entirety of the United Kingdom, using our trusted logistics partners – DPD and Royal Mail

Our standard service is shipped Royal mail Tracked 48 and takes 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 12:00 pm GMT will be shipped the same day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after our 12:00 pm GMT cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

Our Express service is 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays and rural delivery areas) Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 12:00 pm GMT will be shipped the same day for next day delivery (Monday to Friday). All orders placed after the local cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders are subject to availability and payment. During peak periods, additional processing time may be required.

Our central logistics hub is located in Glasgow, Scotland. From there, we ship to all parts of the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

UNITED KINGDOM : Free Standard shipping on orders £100 and over - Orders less than £100 have a £4.95 shipping fee.

EUROPE : Free Standard shipping on orders £100 and over - Orders less than £100 have a £5.95 shipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL : £8.90 per order

For European and International orders, please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

EU and International orders should arrive in 3-5 working days.


You will be sent shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. If your order is taking longer than advised to reach you, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Services on info@meanderapparel.com and we can look into this further.

The fulfilment team at our warehouse works quickly to get orders processed. You can reach out to our Customer Service team on info@meanderapparel.com , but please note that it is possible your order was already fulfilled.


We aim to make quality products that last, so if something goes wrong, we want to make it right. We will repair or replace any manufacturing faults free of charge. If your product has seen some serious use and abuse and requires mending, we will happily repair the product for you at a reasonable charge. Please use the online form or contact our Customer Service team to enquire at info@meanderapparel.com .

We work with a partner based locally in Edinburgh who is the repairs centre for the best performance and outdoor brands in Europe. Repairs times can vary week to week and so we do not have a set turnaround time. Please contact us first and we’ll give you an estimated turnaround time.


We recommend extending the life of your product by caring for it properly. Learn more about product care in the “Fabric & Care” tab found on each product page.

A waterproof garment offers the best level of protection from rain and snow and a water-resistant garment offers a good, but lower level of protection.

All our jackets are made from waterproof material and use a membrane, combining waterproof and breathable properties. This membrane keeps you dry from the inside (from sweat) and from rain and snow on the outside! Please refer to our product descriptions for individual specifications on the level of protection.

Our Adventure Trousers are water resistant or water repellant. This means that water beads on the surface of the material prevent the fabric from saturating. It is less effective at keeping your dry (than full waterproof trousers) but they are much more breathable and comfortable to wear. They are coated with a durable water repellent (DWR) treatment which provides a good level of protection from rain and snow.


At Meander, it’s not only our job to craft the most comfortable functional and versatile clothing for enjoying the outdoors, but our responsibility to make a positive impact on the world. This means sustainability is at the core of our design process at Meander. For example, our Recycled Parka’s fabric is sourced from a mill specialising in sustainable performance fabrics. Their membrane is Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certified and bluesign® approved and meets the strictest standards for environmental protection, health and safety.

It’s an ongoing effort with around 90% of our collection currently made from natural or recycled materials. Our aim is to get this to 100% by 2022.

We are extremely proud of our manufacturing process here at Meander and a great deal of work goes into sourcing our suppliers and fabrics, to ensure we can provide you with the highest quality products. To find out more click the “Manufacture” tab listed on each product page.


Garments are gift wrapped with recycled tissue paper and we use recycled paper mailing bags or boxes which are FSC certified.

All of the packaging can be recycled. Please just pop in your recycling bin :)
