This started life as a kitchen disaster when some Spicy Slicey Pickled Onions were cut to the wrong size. Rather than tossing the whole batch, Goat Rodeo Goods turned it into one of the best things they've ever made. Proof that sometimes the best ideas start with: "...well, we can't waste it."
